Oberon Trio presents world premier!

The Oberon Trio will be performing two programmes at this year’s Ludwigsburg Schlossfestspiele!

On Saturday 19 June, the trio will present its programme #Duality with works by Joseph Haydn, Robert Schumann, Toshio Hosokawa and Aaron Copland – “Strongly recommended”, was the verdict of GRAMOPHONE on the CD recording.

“Loneliness” – a theme that has taken on a new dimension in times of pandemic and that has inspired artists throughout the ages to write special works, including Franz Schubert, Clara Schumann and the young composer Julia Purgina, whose Trio musique noire IV will be premiered at the Ludwigsburg Schlossfestspiele on 20 June.
