At this year\u2019s season opening in Perugia, Nicolas Altstaedt will once again take on both roles: first as soloist in Schumann\u2019s 1850 Cello Concerto, and after the interval as conductor of Beethoven\u2019s Second Symphony.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>20 October 2026, Basilica di S.
