Anton Webern\u2019s original orchestration of the six-part\u00a0<em>Ricercar<\/em>\u00a0from Bach\u2019s\u00a0<em>Musical Offering<\/em> enters into dialogue with Sofia Gubaidulina\u2019s\u00a0<em>Reflections on the Theme B-A-C-H<\/em>, a response to the great unfinished fugue at the conclusion of\u00a0<em>The Art of Fugue<\/em>.
