On the podium is <strong>Mar\u00eda Due\u00f1as<\/strong>, one of today\u2019s most sought-after violinists.<br><br>The program reflects the intricate web of musical connections across Europe, featuring Dvo\u0159\u00e1k\u2019s <em>Slavonic Dances<\/em> and \u00c9douard Lalo\u2019s <em>Symphonie espagnole<\/em>. In the second half of the 18th century, many composers explored their artistic heritage by delving into the musical traditions of their homelands\u2014adapting, reworking, and often creating entirely new resonances that reached beyond their own countries.
